Dropping like a brick.
At 28 votes, it was a 6.75...
Having access to the UPDATE button on the first day is not always a good thing (for me and those of us who aren't very good) :)
That being said, I only have 2 challenge entries above 6.0, so if this holds, I'll be pretty happy. (Even though I think this is better than my other 6.0+).

If you don't get many comments and want more, post in the forums later and you'll get some. Don't be discouraged by your first score - you will get better. |

I've been tracking the score threads for some time now, but this is my first post. It seems that my photographic skills are getting worse as I enter more challenges (-:
Anyway, like many of you, I thought that this one was a decent shot, better than some of my previous entries...yet this is the worst score I've gotten so far!

It's shocking that you've got that score out of 38 votes and noone has bothered to comment. I'd always give a comment if I was voting a 3 or less. Not that I do that very often.

My 1st challenge as well and I wasnt even planning on entering but had an oppotunity for a mediocre image so took it and submitted it. My pic is plain and boring with nothing going for it(hehe and my scores support that :)) so I entered my pic more to get an idea of just how the whole procees challenge process works.

Don't worry too much about the score. After the challenge, post the pic in the forums and ask for comments if you don't get the comments you want. Also, click the box asking for an in depth critique. I can promise you that you will get better. Here's the proof of that...my first entry:
