Can some one tell me what the printing technique is that makes photos look like they were printed as a watercolor? I am not talking about a Photoshop technique, but the type of material that the print is printed on to. I see this in many photo studios, etc.

Sounds like you need to be taking a look at the canvas types of paper I think.
