today I posed for my photography-class. a huge high-key setting (4 flashes reflecting to 2 huge reflectors at the background, and 2 flashes in front of me), with my almost white hair and sunglasses... I look like a damn model!!

I receive the files coming week, when they're here, I'll post some :)

(the print looks fantastic :))

My Ultimate frisbee team, the Fighting Pacifists, opened its fall season with a win today. I made a rare diving catch to save a bad throw intended for someone else. Maybe I'll post my scraped-up leg at some other point, but for Day 5, here's what I look in our uber-cool t-shirt.

As this is my first "real" attempt at a portrait (of anyone, not just me), I'd appreciate honest feedback about how I did - composition, processing, etc. For example, did I brighten myself too much? I was torn between the more natural skin tones in the original and it being too dark for my tastes.

It's all sunlight, by the way, but in the shade of a tree.

This was from the San Diego Digital Photoclub Get together this morn (8:30-12:30). Then I shot a Dedication for a friend at her church in the afternoon (1:30-3:30).

OMG, Leroy...who are you? I used to play in a yahoo euchre league and I was called weeping lizard there. Nobody else has ever said that. And that's just my opinion about Larry...I'm not gonna tell you studly or not, you need a female perspective for that.
