With this 
I completed the 30-day selfportrait :( very late but at least I finished. I am very sad cause I won't have a regular internet connection for the remaining of the year. But I am still following the threads even if I don't have much time to upload more images.
This ongoing SP thread is a very good idea.

It might not be the best place to do it, but since we were together in the past SP challenge, let me share this with you. I am about to enrole myself into the Canon group.
Actually yesterday I went into the store, asked for the camera (400D), the lens, the insurance, everything was ready. We even negotiated the final price for some of the stuff since I had a cheaper quote from other store. Then the attendant went to the back to get my camera and... shoot!!! they only had available the 400D in silver!! nooo I am still crying, its only gonna be a week or so but still... And I really played with the silver one and sadly it is a "no-no", I looks even cheaper in silver :P at least to me.
So hopefuly next week I will get it.

This image is the self-portrait of another DPC member who for the moment will remain anonymous at her request.
She was trying to recreate my profile image and gave up on the image. She showed it to me on the promise that I wouldn't "post it on the internet." I worked on the image and she liked the results so much that she wants comments on it.
