I'm just full of questions today....

My daughter bought a MacBook the other day. I used to be a Mac guy, but back in the day of System & Finder version 6.x, so yeah, it's been a while (13 years?) and things certainly look different. I do Windows support day in and day out, but her Mac has me confused. I keep trying to right click.

Who can suggest a good book for me to read on OS X? I need to learn about disk/file/memory management and integrating with my existing Windows network (she wants to print, but I don't know how to make it find my shared printers), and just generally anything else about it. I know it's supposed to be really easy, but I just want a reference book that we can both read.

There's help on apple's site itself. Check out their support site for Mac OS X

Also right click on a Mac can be done by pressing the fn key on the bottom left and clicking.

The manual (if you've got one) answers a load of questions that you're likely to come across, but there are Macs for Dummies books too that are more in depth. In regards to the printer, you'll probably need to go online with the Mac and download the printer driver, unless you still have those software disks. All the ones I've ever needed are free from the printer company's website. Once the drivers are installed, it should be fairly easy to get the computer to recognize the printer. But you may also have to change some of the settings in the System Preferences menu in order to get her on a network.
