does anyone have a link for Canadian Photographers rights?! i have found sites that have American and UK but no Canadian :(

You may wish to peruse the contents of the following Rights of a Photographer. Unfortunately, the lines are somewhat a tad blurry in this regard, and I have yet to find any legal documentation which clearly states what rights photographers do have.

There is some case law in Quebec which addresses the issue of privacy and you can get some insight here: Privacy in Quebec

Should I manage to find something clearly outlining the Rights of Photographers in Canada, rest assured I will share it.

It's interesting that NONE of us can find anything in Canada that has any thing in specific! Damnit!
