Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM

Hey all, I've got this site //www.wemakemusicnotmoney.com
and I hate the header image (logo) I've made at the top...
Can anyone give me a hand? It doesn't have to be fancy or anything..
You'll def get credited for sure. On that website and if you got a site I can plug you on //loveyour.info..

What I need:

A banner that has a white bg that says "We Make Music Not Money" with grey/white/orange colors. If you want to include more illustrations or text, that's fine. You have a lot of room to work with. I don't care about font or anything like that..

So, anyone up for it? I know this is a big favor but I thought I'd try at least.

I think it's not the right look. Lacks contrast and isn't as catchy as I think it should be. The logo makes the website in this case and mine isn't cutting it.
