Hey guys,
I am interested in getting a Quick release adpter and plate for my tripod and was thinking about the bogen 394 low profile setup. Are any of you guys using QR's with your s602's or other cameras? If so which ones?
I am after a plate small enough to leave on the camera at all times. Any recomendations?
Cheers, Andre |

Hi I use a Giottos Bazzoka Tripod which has a quick release. It fitted into my 602z case just fine. Dont know if they are avaiable in US but in UK i paid £50 for mine.

I use Manfrotto ball heads w/ quick release plates (several styles and sizes are available). I purchase enough plates to afix to each of my bodies and long lenses. The plates stay attached, except in the case of my 4300, where I must remove it to access the battery for recharge. My mono and tri accept the same style plates. Plate design determines weight limits of gear. Choose the maker and design that fits your requirements. 15-50 dollars US per plate, is not unheard of. |
