Any Tennessee photographers here? I moved here from South Bend, Indiana 9 years ago. Just wondering who else on here is from my "neck of the woods". I've seen several pictures taken from the Northern Indiana region (lived in South Bend/Mishawaka most of my life). Any one care to share pictures from those areas, please do so. I'm having a homesick moment!!

I'm in the Nashville area.... and also a transplanted Hoosier :)
I'm very familiar with South Bend as I have family up there. Bruno's pizza is to die for! |

Hi Heather, just thought I'd point out an upcoming GTG that's pretty close to you, at Fall Creek Falls There are several more TN area DPC'ers in the thread as well & we enjoy meeting other members!
I spent a couple weeks in South Bend on business once, and the historic old buildings were terrific! Nice town, & I sympathize with your being home-sick.
Ok, sorry for the 'jack... just wanted to help make ya feel a little MORE at home here in TN! :)

Yep, I live in Clarksville. For how much longer, I don't know. But, I do for now. I hate Tennessee.

My granddaddy's family were moonshiners in East TN, and supposedly we are "cousins" to THE Dolly (but then, everyone in East TN is, nevermind, I won't say it).
that counts doesn't it?
(assuming, of course, that I want to be a resident of TN -- )

| How about originally from Indiana? Elkhart (well, more like Bristol/Middlebury actually, but who really knows where those are...) here. Almost all of my family is still there - I make it back about once or twice a year. |

I've lived in Elkhart for a few years. Mishawaka since I was born to about 13 yrs. old. Whiteville, TN (near Memphis)for the next 4 years. South Bend for 3 years,Ekhart for 2, South Bend again for 2, then here In Springfield, TN for the past 9. I AM DONE MOVING!! I go home usually once a year. All my family is there in South Bend, Elkhart, Buchanan, MI & Benton Harbor, MI. |
