Well, I disagree that you don't know anything. I just looked thru your portfolio, and I think you have an impressive eye for composition and seeing something interesting in every day "stuff". And I'm so impressed that you are only 16!
I would talk about what you know: Your passion for seeing something in the every day world around you, and capturing it forever in a frame. What you think about as you set it up, and what you hope to convey to those you will share your photographic interpretations with.
As far as the basics, you could just say something about how important it is to take photos in morning or evening light so you don't get harsh, blown out highlights. Or how you can get the effect of a blurred background by shooting something at a very close range or by opening your aperture up all the way. Stuff like that.
Good Luck! I think you have a great future in photography. And the fact that you chose that particular subject to speak on when you know that you still have alot to learn says volumes about what photography means to you!!!!
Let us know how it goes, okay???
edit b/c my typing fingers go faster than my brain!

Hi Sarah,
To talk about something, and not have it appear that it is something rehearsed or unfamiliar, you need to find inside you, what you are familiar with, and from what I see, it's Abstract.
Poke around theAbstract Gallery and inspiration will find you. Abstract is no less a form of photography than a portrait or a landscape, and often can be one in the same as your portfolio reflects.
Once you dig into your passion, it will flow fine, and will probably have more material to discuss than you even realize. It just has to be from the heart to be natural.
