Hello all, Some of you may know my wife, Jaxed, but I typically do not actively partipate in the forums. I own a web solutions business and we are in need of additional graphic designers to augment our staff. My wife told me that some of the best Photo-Choppers can be found here, so here I am. We are looking for 1-3 people who have experience in designing web sites and can provide final works in a layered Photoshop format. If you are interested you must be able to provide links to live web site references or at least a portfolio of work you have completed. Fees are negotiable and the hours are flexible.
For most projects we will request 2-3 designs in jpg format that we can bring to our clients. We will then provide you with their feedback to refine one of the designs. After the second review, our clients will be allowed a final list of changes.
If you are interested in working with us please get back to me soon with your references and fees.
Thank You,
Bryan Jackson

More information as requested.
This is a sub contract position. (1099)
You can work from anywhere you like. (except my home)
No software or hardware is provided.
Final works must be supplied in Photoshop layered format.
This is simply a site concept position. no programming required. You will be providing site templates that our developer will be integrating to our content managment system.
If you know some Flash programming we may be able to you use in other projects as well.
We are NOT looking for the super-cool or artistic designs. These sites are for brick & mortar businesses in the Metro Atlanta area. Their sites need to be professional, original, clean and ergonomic. We stick to left-hand or top navigation so the sites visitors don't need to figure out how to use the site.

A few questions prospects might want to know.
1. Is this an in house position? If so where are you located?
2. If this is a 'work at home' internet telecomunications position, What programs do you use? Will you be providing the software?
3. What skill set are you looking for in your recruit? Do they need to know programming? Flash? ect?
I am not applying as I don't feel I have the skills you require yet.
I just felt there was some info missing from your post that might generate more responses if you addressed them.

I am not really a web designer per se, but focus on Web development and e-commerce solutions. I create dynamic pages in ASP or PHP with MySQL or Access databases for content management solutions, allowing users to manually update their web sites. I also create flash based solutions - again, not so much the design, but the backend (ActionScript). I can certainly do the design work, but my strengths are in the backend technologies.
If interested, let me know. :)
