Doesn't your camera have "Woodland Stealth" mode?
It's a special setting, accessible through the menu that enables the camera shutter to disguise the shutter sound as a variety of common woodland sounds such as a snapping twig, a songbird, a farting moose or an angry squirrel.
Must be another Canon only feature.
Too bad for all the Nikonians. |

According to the article it has absolutly nothing todo with the shutter click.
He was distracted when he saw the person taking his photo. Hurt himself when trying to stop his backswing. |

Daly doesn't carry anything heavier than the club he's using at the moment. I think his walking days are over, he sort of waddles about like a cross between a sumo wrestler and Jabba the Hut. |
