I took this the other week.. I just finally downloaded my card... what do you think about it? I need to crop that little dot on the right off, but other than that I kinda like it...

Great image - I loved it when I lived in Seattle back in the 80's - a super photogenic town and area:)

| Wow, beautiful shot. I don't know if this is cropped, but my preference would be to add a little more to the bottom of the picture and take a little off the top. But only just a tiny bit. However, I love the panorama format for shots like this. Really nice. This would make an awesome print. |

Beautiful capture.. the bird posing was fantastic timing..I'd put this up as a print as soon as you are finished with that dot on the right ;) .. gorgeous picture.
I stay in a lot of hotels... might want to shop this around to a few to see if they'd buy some of the prints .. specially if its a local scene :) |

I see you havent entered a challenge for a while.. you should of saved this for the Freestudy, I think it would of done pretty well. 6.8 + at least. |

| I think really long like that it might not have done as well in a challenge because it would look kind of small, i normally don't like long pictures like that but this one really works, fantastic |

I don't think it's probably eligible. It looks like a pano stitched from several images, which you can't do for most challenges here. But I do agree, it's really lovely. Nice work!

thanks for the input. thats a great idea for the hotels.. theres a few restaraunts i might try around here too. and no, it wouldnt be elligible :-/. oh well. I love the NW. I shot this about a mile from my house :).
I played around with cropping some off and adding, and this seemed to be the best way to have it, with the fog coming in just right. |

| well I shot in raw, desaturated, and cropped (not a stitch actually) to 16:9 |
