Post a bigger example next time.
My damn browser doesn't resize. From what i can see with my scroll bar the focus is on his hair on his forehead, not his eyes, which is off putting. |

this would have been a lot more powerful had he been making eye contact, as it stands the biggest thing that stands out is his forehead which i'm sure is not entirely flattering for him.
On the plus side, the exposure is pretty much spot on and the skin tones look fairly natural, perhaps on the rosey side but this isn't such a bad thing! |
