Does anyone know how to create a slideshow of your pictures that you can watch on your DVD player? |

The VCD file format can also be played on DVDs (you burn the CD, it plays on DVD players), not sure how you would get a slide show to work though.

I suggest dropping by Roxio (Toast, Easy CD Creator) at Roxio. They have an archive of semi-technical newsletters on a variety of topics related to burning files to CD/DVD, with how-to's (and some fascinating how/why info too) and references. |

Philips has DVD recorders out on the market now. So, I was thinking of another option.
You know how digicams have that slideshow feature? Well, mine does, because it can connect to a tv or vcr video input with the supplied RCA cable. Anyhow, if your digicam has this slideshow function, AND you have a Philips DVD recorder [set-top I mean] you can simply plug the camera into that and record away.
Just an idea. |
