I'm rather surprised that this wasn't enough for a yellow from you, Don. |

Jutilda thanks!!
I agree with Jaded_Youth that is highly underrated, and not just because GraphicFunk is my DPL teammate :-)

This post has no place in this thread - I wish people would at least have the courtesy to read the OP before hitting the 'post' button. It's for underrated, not overrated photographs. |

Thank you, posthumous! I have proudly displayed my new Blue Ribbon on my profile homepage! I really appreciated that you "got" what I was trying to convey in the shot...even if technically it wasn't the best. ~Elizabeth~ |

Wow! posthumous, you really acknowledge the efforts, not just the technical perfections and I, for one, appreciate YOU! Thank you again, for validating my efforts. You are very encouraging! :) |

After reading your comment, I see the thematic importance of the composition and the amount of sky involved. To be honest, it escaped me on first view, which was all I could afford. Instead I simply noticed how effectively the iconic shapes of "church" and "balloon" were captured on such a small scale. I didn't put enough thought into how that tininess related to the aspirations of both devices. I gave it a high-score but still underappreciated it.
Thanks, I'd love for there to be more conversations like this on DPC. |

This was my Posthumous Blue Ribbon for nightmares:
by goodman
I'm afraid that's all I had time for this week. Dreams had many great photos, some of which have already been pointed out, but I didn't get to finish voting in that challenge, so no ribbons. |

Missing Link
goes to e301 for
goes to redmoon for
goes to Techo for
Yes, I know, Techo has a "real" yellow ribbon as well as a Posthumous one. I can't help that. Blame the voters...
