I knew this would happen! Got home from a couple of days away with a whole bunch of nice shots - only had about half an hour to spare before I had to go out again so I uploaded a couple hundred shots, sifted through them quickly, picked one, processed hurriedly and hit submit.
It's doing quite well (without knocking anyone's socks off), but after going through the photos I took over the weekend I've realised that I have a better shot of the exact same subject matter! It would probably only make .2 of a difference, but still, more reinforcement that rushing your submissions is not a great idea. |

Mate, I think mine is worth at least 6.5, but its languishing at the 6.497 mark :) Making a statement saying you will never enter another freestudy because your score is lower than expected is a bit, well, infantile.
Take the score on the chin and move onto the next challenge.

I have taken all my scores on the chin and never complained. (again, until now) But my statement is not simply out of not liking my score. I have a history of bad free study scores. (save one) I have bad luck with them . So in essence, I will be moving on to the next challenge and avoiding the free studies...

| I think my score has a leak. It's slowly letting out air and deflating! What is up with this?? It was sitting pretty and firmly at a 6.6 and over the past two days it has gradually slid down to a 6.2. I am not amused. |
