Eureka! I was able to get a shot of my Phoenix while she was sleeping in a cute way right next to me and I happened to have my camera handy.

I'm not officially in this 30 day challenge, but I thought I would post a couple of shots of my cute little kitty, Peanut. She is a wild cat that has adopted us. She was very skittish for about 2 years. We were feeding her, but she never would come up to us. Eventually, she saw she could trust us, and she can't get enough petting now. She loves it!

Our newest family member :-))) An adoption from the shelter where I volunteer, naturally! Friendly and outgoing and most importantly, bonded with me as soon as we met. I'm looking forward to new adventures with this sweetheart.
BTW, s/he was found wandering around with a duck. How funny is that?! |
