Is there a way to quickly convert about 100 RAW files to small JPGs?

Thanks,

Yes.

First you have to record an action.

In Photoshop, Open one file, go to the action menu (window->Actions). Hit the record button in the actions menu. Now, resize your image. After you have done this, hit the stop button.

Now, go to File->Automate Batch. Select the action you have created. Select the folder with all the images you want converted, and hit Ok.

All the images will be resized for you in a matter of seconds.
