The joy of studying communications theory...
English (and no doubt most other languages) is really redundantly
encoded. So you can scramble it and recover relatively easily.
In an information theoretic sense it has a low entropy.
Both the word order and letter order within a word has a lot of
redundancy so that words can recovered due to context and letters
transposed back to more meaningful orders.
If English were maximally encoded, every letter would be equally likely
to occur in every word, and it would be a much harder language to learn!
