I am trying to identify the RS part number for a connector plug to fit the Canon 580 ex11 flash.
this is so that I can make up my own leads |

Are you referring to the Male PC plug for the sync port?

Yes I am
in the UK I can not find a source either online or visiting a number of electronics suppliers...
so am trying to find something in the US. |

Try Lon at Flash Zebra. He will have a plug (or can make one). I got the screw pc cable and they are FAR better then the normal ones.
