I just submitted my last D70 image to a challenge. I sold it on Ebay for $400 - I couldn't buy the new camera with a good conscience without that $.
I now a non-worthy owner of the D300 ... and a 5.5 in wabi sabi ...

Could I be the only one who isn't really fond of IR, let alone ruining a perfectly good camera to do it...?

Probably not. I love the look of IR, though. And if you're ever wondering whether to keep or throw a camera away, why the heck not?
I can totally see the not wanting to ruin a camera aspect when one owns a D300, though ;) I'll hopefully be getting one of those soon as well. |
