Can anyone think of any more that needs to be added, removed, or edited?

I don't see YMMV - Your mileage may vary

Some possible changes:

CMOS, add (image sensor technology)
OS - Optical Stabilization (Sigma designation, also IS, VR)
IS, add (Canon designation, also OS, VR)
VR, add (Nikon designation, also IS, OS)
HSM, hyper-sonic motor (Sigma designation, also USM)

Also, a lot of lens designations listed on this page. Common ones include DO, EX, SP, APO, IF, RF.

And if you do some cross-referencing, the "pro" series are L for Canon, EX for Sigma, SP for Tamron, (Nikon?).

Or you could just link or copy from that page. =)

Good stuff, Scott!

Cheers,
-Jeff
