Do the same! Get a 58mm reverse coupling ring and a used 50mm lens to reverse-mount onto the F717. Works for me...

I got a Raynox DCR-250.
I had to wait nearly two months from Jessops (they probably sent somebody in Japan by train..), but I have the impression that is an useful piece of glass.
These are a couple of tests I have just done in very bad light conditions:
test1
test2
Guess what is it? =)
but should still give you a good indication of what this lens can achieve. (It is relatively cheap too - 35 pounds in UK)
I am just waiting for the sun and to have enough hours to make a proper photographic session.

Thanks for the help guys, Jimmy, where can I find the 58mm coupling ring and the 50mm lens for buy?!
Glimp, I'm gonna take a look at your daylights results... ^___^
Jimmy, can you give me a little more specific information about the lens? Because I'm not from the US and I'm asking my sister to bring to me when she comes to Brazil in a couple of months, so I need some precise information about what should fit and give me the power of MACRO!
hehe, sorry for asking that much but it's the only way to findout about those lens... thanks in advanced, Fábio.
