This week Team Suck awards the OOBIE for best out-of-the-box entry to a recent challenge to  mark_u_U, for his entry in The Hidden City:

Take a look at the comments for this shot - remarkable for how many people came back after the challenge and apologized for missing the subtleties of the shot during voting. This is good OOBIE, stuff that requires us to really look at the image.

Congrats! An OOBie is a rare award, indeed. Heck, DPC awards NINE times as many ribbons each week as OOBies.
