My name is Michael Deak. Am freelance Modeling Agent working for Casting123 model which is based in the United State and Europe . I saw your profile while surfing the internet, I appreciate them and I would like us to do some works together. I presently have good offer for you. I want to know if you are interested in Photographing for me because I need pictures of a good looking Model who will be on the magazine cover of one of my clients but i have seen the model am to use but right now i need a very good and potential photographer who is going to help me to take her shoot. Please let me know if you are interested in the deal. You stand a chance of making reasonable $875 from this deal to start, and even a noticeable fame. Let me know if you are interested in my offer and I would give you further details.

Sounds very similar to this thread, posted the other day.
Does sound like there is some scamming going around. Gotta say the scammers are getting creative lately. |

Yes I recently received a similar email, and replyed to it. By the third email they asked for Name, address, phone, maratial status. I replyed by asking if they needed my tax ID and SS number, (in sarcasim)they sent back a message saying that the info would be needed the day of the shoot. I said no thanks. That was the last I heard from them. |

Careful with these kinds of scams. It has been reported that photographers are being robbed of their equipment and/or kidnapped when they show up for the "shoot".

He is a 'scam'. He sent me the same email. Definitly going on my blacklist.

Thanks for the response and interest. The pictures of the model you be taken will be used for the magazine cover of my client and the web site which is under construction. The name of the company is G C natural clearness, it has just been established in Denmark and they produce creams such as Face, Eye & Neck revitalizing serum, Soothing Eye Ointment,Intense rejuvenating Face cream, Moisturizing firming hand, body lotion, Neck & Eye ANTI-AGING firming cream, Rich Eye strengthening cream, FLASH Treatment - Skin balance, pore tone mask, REJUVENATORY - Hydrating, Reviving Anti-aging mask,Natural Cleansing Gel, Hydrating & Indulging Passion Body Oil, re constructive hands, feet Ointment, Free radicals anti wrinkle cream. Presently the company needs a model to advertise their products which i have seen but still looking for the photographer who will take the shoot of the model and am giving you the offer.Their products and magazines will be sent to you in order for you to know about the company. Subsequently depending on you, you could be invited over to the company to sign a contract with you inorder for you to take some shoots of the company and it's staff which will be included on their website. As written in my previous mail, you will get $875 to start which will be sent to you immediately. After payment has been received, the photo shoots will be taken and sent to the company. There will be an arrangement for the model and hair/ make up artist that will be coming over to you for the shoots. They will be contacting you for proper arrangement of time and location after payments has been made. Guess the arrangement is that understood. He sent a driver's license to me, after I ask for his address. It was from Virginia. He claimed to be from Denmark.

Good idea.
Why don't these scammers hire someone to compose their emails? It's like they don't realize that the bad grammer is the first thing that triggers a ''scam' alert'... |

Given where such scams originate, I think these scammers don't really know their English grammar is so poor and that it acts as a 'scam' alert. |
