| Is there a way of commenting in a challenge without voting? I thought you had to click the rating button for it to register. |

Yes, you click on the next arrow ">>" and it will keep the comment without the vote. Now I dont know if the comments will stay once rollover comes over. I know if you dont have at least 20% votes you lose the votes. |

You can also just comment from the challenge thumbnail view using the little icons next to each thumbnail. Click the icon and a comment box comes up. If you just comment and click the << >> arrows instead of selecting a vote number, the comment will stick. And no, you do not have to vote 20% for the comments to stay. |

| The really sad part about the voting anymore is that the norm has dropped so low in the last year. I've a great shot in this challenge, but due to the score that I currently have...some really bad shots from before are going to stay on my front page becuase they "scored better" and this one will be buried!! Oh well, I like my shot. (The usual indicator that it will TANK!:P ) |

| personally if you r gonna vote it would be nice to leave a comment, how else r u going to learn to improve. perhaps sc could change the voting rules , a vote = a comment . just a thought |

I'm sure there is, at least imo there is by looking through the shots.  KarenNfld checked in with a score just over 7, I'm sure she is still in that neighborhood. As for me I'm creeping up a bit but will finish somewhere in this area.

im in the same boat, i love the clarity and the colors in my picture, but i guess everyone else HATES it considering im at a 4.5 right now..... |

I wish I had more comments, but it seems that no one else is getting many comments either (in spite of the high number of votes/views). I want to know why this is scoring so poorly - it should have made my front page. Especially if all the voters agreed w/ the 2 who did comment. |
