Hello!
I have received a request to license my photo for a museum for 10 years. The image will be shown only within this museum and will be exhibited on a small screen within the gallery. Could any one please give an idea how much should I license my image for?

Appreciate your advice!!

Here is an 'advertising stock pricing' calculator. it might be a fair bit different for a musuem. But it is perhaps a start

Thank you very much, I looked, nothing seams to mach. Thing is they are not ging to print it for distribution, only going to be used in the gallery desplay BUT for 10 years.

Ask what their budget is and how much they've paid others in similar circumstances. Also ask how you will be credited, you want to make sure it gets your name out there.

If their figure seems fair to you, take it and be thankful for the exposure/credit. If it seems low, tell them.
