Hi my black and white side challenge friends!! I'm back and have alot of catching up to do. This last week was a baaaaaaaaaaad week for me, and I just didn't have it in me to comment and post. But things are looking up, and I'm here again. Can't wait to check out everyone's entries for the week.
Here's mine. . .my sweet little Caitlin. Caitlin, Megan and I did an "urban" shoot. I got some cool ones of them downtown. It was a great day.

Arghhhhh, was away for whole of last week (been busy busy busy) but have began working on this... Bit lame that I started so late but I really want to have a b/w pic each week this year, so I did some catching up =]

Edit: according to my calculations it's on week 6 because I'm making it out as if it started in Jan =p

Week #3 -  Sunset photo through the front windshield of my truck while riding home on I-16 from Savannah, Georgia, almost a year ago at sunset. |

This was taken by Fort Rodman in the Southend of New Bedford, MA. I thought it was neat to see the ice freeze on the pier.

For weeks 5, 6 and 7 (mistakenly numbered 1st submission as week 5 - should be 4):
All taken Sunday for Reflections challenge, but was a bit late deciding, getting anything together.
Now I will try to resume commenting. It'll be slow as I'm spending enormous amounts of time learning the Gimp, and I am on dial-up, AND I spend a lot of time on each comment just because. |

6 - Reaching Upward Rotated and retouched
OK, it is amazing how sometimes we overlook the obvious - So, I took your suggestions and rotated the image and did some minor touch-ups.
