you don't use it with anything it's a stand along product that you save the pictures from and then do whatever in photoshop or gimp or something.
I personally like it. It comes in rather handy and gives quite amazing results the first time you use it. I used it on some headshots of a band i just did and it worked wonders at removing pimples in awkward areas like around the mouth where the healing brush sometimes goes a little weird.
It works great on features too like strengthening jaws and widening the eyes etc through a very easy to use interface. Overall, i like it and i'm impressed with it. I don't use it very often, but when I do, it works.
I would recommend purchasing it if you think you'll use it often or if you have a lot of portraits you want to edit- i imagine it'd be great for fashion/hair stuff and maybe some wedding shots too where faces might need a little oomph.
