This is Amanda from American Idol. When she smiles she reminds me of a child actor from the 70's or 80's (just her smile and face, not her hair or dark eye makeup)......I think that actor actually killed herself not long ago. But I cannot remember who she is! Anyone have any idea? (I may be wrong on the suicide part)

I finally figured it out. She reminds me of Dana Hill (Dana is dead, but died of a stroke, not suicide). They don't look alike in these pics but Amanda's smile reminds me of Dana's smile.

More ideas to help......she may have been in Disney movies, she was bubbly and talkative. The name Gabby comes to mind but I don't know if that was her name or a character's name. I have googled and googled and I cannot find who I am thinking of.

No, that's how she has her hair dyed.....but it's only her face who reminds me of the child actor, not her hair.
