My photo is resized to 720 by 490 pixels. But I get a message saying it exceeds the 200KB limit. HOw do I get it to the right size?

go to 'Save for Web and Devices' then click the little arrow above Optimized > Optimized to File Size and put in 200kb

this is assuming you are using photoshop
