What are your Processing Parameter (contrast, sharpness, saturation, color tone) settings? Have you changed yours from the default? |

Well I don't have the Drebel, but on my Nikon I have only changed the color to sRGB

None (or various), I shoot in RAW mode exclusively. |

Do you notice when using the default settings that your shots seem a little warm (yellow) looking? This seems to happen to mine, but I'm not sure if it's the settings or something wrong with the camera? |

That is probably due to the White Balance setting?

Sometimes I accidently forget to change it back to AWB after using a manual mode, so I shoot a whole load of shots in the wrong colour. It's annoying :P

I found my shots too soft, so I upped the settings to +2 on sharpness/contrast/colour - makes a lot of difference.
Try it - you cant do any harm.
