Day 10 and day 11
I've really been interested in duotones, and wanted to try creating another duotone-ish photo. I tried two. I feel like the first one turned out pretty good, but not really the second one. You win some, you lose some. :-)

Didn't have time w/ the end of the school year to be an official part of this challenge, but I just got a macro lens to play with for the summer and have been noodlin' around... thought I'd drop this in here...

There is some fabulous work coming out of this side challenge. I'm delighted to be
part of it and have the chance to examine this work carefully.
For me it's catch up time after being hampered by phone/'net troubles, so here are a
couple more fairly easy edits to get going again with:

I also love duotones/tritones.. I think you tried to take an image that doesn't have enough contrast to effectively duotone it. Also, branch out a bit and try a tritone.. you'll get a better contrast as well. |

Like every other side challenge I've participated in I've fallen woefully behind. Here's a candid from a photo shoot on Friday.

ETA: Another one that follows the expert editing ruleset. The trees in the background was also shot that same day. Lots done to it. Could be cleaner especially the background. The main goal was to fix the fill light problem while trying to keep it somewhat natural and also improve the color palette.
