i had this entered in the rural challenge but unsubmitted it after worrying that the voters would mark me down because it doesnt show a great expanse of landscape only a very small area .. i believe that this does qualify as a landscape, but i'd say most of the voters wouldnt agree ..

I guess I kinda sucked at this side challenge. On a good note in the âcrimeâ challenge I received a new high score and was #7 in the challenge. I would like to thank this group of photographers âyouâ for your inspiration, and ideas on how to improve a photo!!
When I saw this guy I thought of another helpful bear around these parts.

Well, I am getting there with the comments :)
Sorry I got busy there for a while! This lovely lady saw the dark angel photo of the other one and asked if I could do something similar... sooooooo:

What a great month!! I really enjoyed being part of this side challenge (even though I was defunct for a while) and have enjoyed seeing the changes everyone was able to make in their photos.
So, for a finale, here are these:

Which I did once already and hated the outcome... looked tooooooooo photoshopped :) hehehehhehhehe
I hope we can do this again sometime and next time I promise not to flake out on you for a whole week. |

The end of another month! I hope you guys had a good time with this, and it was as much of a learning experience for you as it was for me. (Even if I didn't keep up very well with a challenge I started!)
What do you guys think of a thread where anyone can post before and after shots on a whenever they feel like it basis? |

I would love that. I have been looking at these images the whole month, and i've really enjoyed them. I would LOVE to see a thread or a forum section that let's us do this all the time. It could be a great tool for learning some do's and don'ts about processing. :)
