Everyone is most definitely inspired by the great ones of the past!
We build upon, expand on ideas, project to our era, the eternal meanings found in classics.
There were are great Master Painters and Sculptersalso. They were only doing what we photographers are trying to acheive in one single (or layered) "brush stroke"/aka camera click.
You can not revisit bygone eras, but "just yesterday" is in the past already, So take their ideas and project them into your day, today.
Silverfoxx has done some Photos styled after the Great Master Painters.
There is nothing really new under the sun, just a different view of it, on a different scale, location, and time. |
