Let me know what ya think. These were all rams and just off Highway 96 in Custer Co., Colorado. wish I would have had a telephoto and not just my coolpix.

For a few of them, it looks like you relied too much on your camera's digital zoom, which ususally turns out unfocused and grainy. Your strongest shot would be the one in the upper right hand corner. That one is the most satisfying. Try to stay away from the digital zoom. I have an example of a SHQ digital zoom shot and a regular optical zoom, you can definitely see the difference. The top one is with digital zoom and the bottom is with optical.

That's why I wished I had my Nikon FE and other lens, but didn't. The top right was zoomed too, but I did some PSing. The only one that wasn't zoomed was the top left, my first shot where they were 10 feet off the highway. Van

never use digital zoom...the top left photo is awesome excellent composition and clarity... |
