Some very beautiful shots.

Wish you had some info about them though - where they are mostly I'm going to DV in about 6 months and trying to get a feel for the place ;) - I know - sandy and hot.

Hey Gordon,

Death Valley holds a special place in my heart. Best time to visit is probably spring winter. I have visited 3 times since Jan. (once with a workshop) and it is only getting hotter.

Here are some places you have to go when you get there:
1) Zabraski Point (a must, but plenty of photos taken there)
2) Titus Canyon (4WD, very little people)
3) Badwater (lowest point)
4) Dante's View (grand view of the valley)
5) Golden Canyon / Mosaic Canyon
6) Sand Dunes by Stovepipe Wells
7) Ubehebe Crater

I'm sure I left out a few.

I'm going with the Rocky Mtn school, in November, so I'm sure we'll get a good tour - just looking for pictures to build the excitment :)
