OK I have tried to sort this but to no avail. If I have D2xs and a 80DX flash can I fire the flash off of the camera without any cords etc - Do I need to purchase something to go on the hotshoe to trigger it? Iv'e tried looking everywhere to see if the camera has some sort of built in trigger but cannot find it - I should know this!

you need a sync cord or an SC-17, sc-28, sc-29
