I recently had to re-install my Photoshop CS3 edition.
Prior to this, I was able to press tab to get rid of all windows and menus and when I put the cursor at the edge of the screen, they would reappear.
However, I am now only able to do this with the left hand menus.
The right hand side doesn't bring anything back.
Unless I press tab of course.
Any ideas?

| Run the update manager, the updates may need to be reinstalled too. |

Oh, I'm sorry.
I'd be happy to share my solution.
The default workspace that Photoshop uses to start up with contains lots of palettes that I don't want or don’t use very often, so I deleted them and arranged them to my liking.
But, what I didn’t realize is that on each edge there is a “pop out bar”.
I don’t know the technical term for it, but it’s a different color to the background and palettes go inside it and it slides in and out like a drawer.
But, once all the palettes inside this drawer are deleted, then the drawer itself disappears.
And that is what I had done.
So, I simply reverted to the original workspace and arranged my palettes without deleting the drawer and then saved it as my own workspace.
Does that make sense?
