My little girl was sitting next to me when I opened this, and she says wow, mommy that's a cool picture. Can i do one like that?
she's 5 and wants to do a monster under the ben photo.. crazy!

Most of them are okay. They can be explained to some mature kids as acting. I'm sure your five year olds have seen an abundance of macabre things on Halloween. I bought my son a life sized White Gummy Rat, when he was youg and he loved it.
On the other hand, a few do seem to be pushing the limit.
