| i just purchased my 5d about a week ago and cant seem to import my photos into my macbook, as the icon does not pop up. It works when using my PC but, for some reason, not my mac. The card was formatted already, if that makes a difference. Can anyone help? |

| What are you using to import them? Does that software recognize the 5D? If not, check for updates to the software. |

| Just to clarify, I assume that you're using the 5D USB cable and not an external card reader, correct? Do you have an external card reader you could try? |
