Yup, the nested if's on the spreadsheet are a good idea. I also created a separate chart that tracks all my challenges on the same chart to see if there are any trends. So far my silence started low and climbed the whole time. My end started high & dropped most of the time, and my apple stayed pretty stagnant. and they all ended at 5.5! So no, it doesn't seem like there's a particular trend to the voting at least for my stuff.

score one for the blonds!

Sheee! Picky, picky picky! I use his spreadsheet, and you are right about those rough edges, but they are really not terribly important. It works well.

- On the first non-vote-entered row,the "# New Votes" and "# New Points" are showing negative numbers. My suggestion would be to wrap those formulae in IIF statements and report a zero (better yet, a empty string) if there are no votes or no average entered for that row.

- There are multiple division by zero errors. Again, my suggestion would be to wrap those formulae into IIF statements and return a blank if the denominator is zero.

Looking forward to the update!

As soon as there is a paying market, I'll worry about it. Otherwise, it's for fun.

That so makes no sense to me. How's your score?

I was referring to the score tracking spreadsheet that HawkeyeLonewolf has published.

Oh, and by the way, my score dropped a bit:

Aw...shucks! You're a sweetheart, Juliet! :-)

In case you are really wondering what I was talking about before, see my previous reply.

Right, I saw your original post, but since you failed to include both options, I picked up your slack. :)

Lot of 5's overnight. Too bad, I really like this one and was hoping to nail a high end score. Oh well, clearly others don't see what I do in it. Still doing decently, however.

Well, looks like I'm still under investigation (no entry validation yet) When I've had to do this before it only took a few hours, and it's been a day and a half. Reviewing the rules I am totally legal but the time delay has me thinking I'm in trouble. Is this much time unusual? Been slipping on the score a little-

Thanks, I feel like such a rebel without a Canon Rebel.

so what happens in the validation process, other than submitting your original? (Or is that all that happens?)

Submit the original, give the details of your processing, urine test, lie detector test, FBI background check, passport, references, blood sample. In triplicate. Ok, maybe just the first 2, I'm bitter because I didn't do anything wrong, man.

You may have managed to do something under basic rules that someone does not believe could have been done. Some take a validation request as a compliment.
