| I want to save my images to my sd card but it a message says " files cannot be saved on a write protected disk" I checked the sd card..it is not locked!! |

I have a feeling that the locking mechanism has broken off.
This can happen from time to time, and from what I can tell, it's probably moving to the lock position when you put it in the camera. One suggestion is to use a small bit of tape to trick the card into thinking it's unlocked. If that doesn't work, you may qualify for a return or exchange.
