I suppose this isn't necessarily an outtake, since I was never considering submitting it... but it was taken during one of my hunts for a decent shot for that challenge.... sort of. I ended up with some free time to wander around the small "down town" area of my town, and I became fascinated with the city hall building. I just really like the architecture for some reason.

Anyway, I thought the flag being slightly visible made it seem more imposing and interesting, and I wanted to see if anyone else liked it as well :) I decided it was too strange for the challenge, especially with the American flag being in it, but still like the shot and wanted to share.

I like it a lot. It would be a good one for a Light/Dark challenge or something. Its like the building separates light from dark, perhaps heaven and something dark below...a gateway maybe.

Its cool. Very crisp and daunting too.
