Does anyone know of any photo books showing urban decay? I don't care if the images are all by one artist or from various... It seems really hard to find anything like this so help is really appreciated.
Thank you. |

Robert Polidori's book on Chernobyl, Zones of Exclusion, is both fascinating and heartbreaking.
Paul Talling's Derelict London and Troy Paiva's Night Vision: The Art Of Urban Exploration are two i've flicked through in the shop that look good.
For inspiration from literature you can't go wrong with the novels and short stories of J.G. Ballard. |

Robert Polidori also seems to have published books on Havana and New Orleans after the flood that look great.

The site lost-places is a good one.
Came to my attention via an article in the Dutch magazine ZOOM.NL

Polidori seems to be a master of the craft.
