50s and raining. I couldn't help it, but this weekend I turned over my garden. Probably jumped the gun, but it soil looks so nice and rich and fluffy. Can't wait for planting. Probably in six weeks I can do broccoli and peas and other cold-weather crops. |

Gee Doc, any chance you might want to saunter over here and turn over my top soil. While you're at it, maybe you could scoot over to my little doggie and break the icicle off the end of his pee pee so he can walk back into the house. :O)
As for crops, the only thing you might find in these here parts are frozen pees.

OK I admit it. When I flew to Michigan for Christmas, I brought the Alaska chill down to you all. Meanwhile back here in Alaska, I'm enjoying a warmer than usual winter. The high temp today is supposed to be 36 degrees. Pretty nice for this neck of the woods!
