-1 cuppa coffee
-2 slices of quesadillas w/BBQ sauce
-sole and a crab leg w/lemon
-stir fry vegetables in coconut milk
-1 small square of chocolate
-7 cups of water throughout the day

huh, I was actually very good today! Although it helped that I didn't wake up until 1pm :P

After gaining 10 pounds on a cruise last week it was kinda nice to only have two small meals today. Dang, now I have 30 pounds to lose instead of 20.

2 cups of coffee
10km walk
2 pieces of toast with ginger and date marmalade
5km bike ride
cooked dinner for tonight and ate one sausage while I cooked
...and heaps of water.

and thats it...

Breakfast - two slices of Ezekiel bread with salmon and red pepper. Texas ruby grapefruit - yum.

Lunch - Salad of romaine with cucumber, celery, radishes, red bell pepper, browned tofu cubes and some toasted walnuts.

Tea

Dinner - Cauliflower and whole wheat couscous with butter and parmesan. And another grapefruit - they are like candy.

coffee and vegemite toast - breakfast
salad wrap - lunch
dinner will be potato bake and steamed veges

oh and a bowl of creamy vanilla icecream

Decaf coffee for breakfast, tuna salad sandwich with sour cream and onion chips for lunch and beef stroganoff for dinner.

Nearly 9pm and nothing.
Stupid flu bug - can't even keep water down.

I eat coffee every day too ;) It is 12:09 here and I am on my 3rd cup... haven't eaten yet... probably won't till dinner hehe

but, that Capn Crunch Peanut Butter Cereal sounds GOOOOOOOOD :)

I'm starting off the day with coffee and hot milk (together) and a Black Cherry Almond Clif bar. Nothing exciting yet.

Crumpets with butter and Marmite
Wrap filled with felafel and salad

For dinner I'm having a sweet potato and red pepper curry with pilau rice and naan bread

Followed by:
Peaches with clotted cream

Drinks:
White wine
Coke
Cup of coffee

CHICKEN WITH CAPERS AND OLIVES

6 chicken thighs, skin on salt and pepper to taste
1 T olive oil
1/4 C dry white wine
1/2 C chopped ripe tomato
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/3 C oil-cured Italian olives, pitted
1 T drained capers
1 bay leaf
1/4 C chicken stock
1/2 C whipping cream or half and half

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Heat frying pan and add the oil. Brown both sides and remove the chicken to a 4-6 qt stove top casserole. Add the remaining ingredients except the cream and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook gently for 40 min. Remove the chicken to a warm platter and add the cream to the casserole. Simmer the sauce 2-3 min. to reduce and thicken. Adjust salt and pepper to taste and pour the sauce over the chicken. Garnish with parsley.

I get 3 meals out of this!

2 apples

Supper is TBD .. (probably salad & fake crab bits & Birthday cake :) (not mine yet ..)

Sunday (last day I wrote down) was:

oatmeal, with a couple of tablespoons of jam
Two slices of toast + more jam
2 breakfast tacos (potato & egg)
Couple of espressos
6 bottles of 'sustained energy' (about 300 calories each)
10 shots of hammergel
A clif builder bar
Slimfast choc shake
late afternoon : Combo beef & chicken fajitas with extra tortillas, + chips & queso
Couple of 20oz beers
Big bowl of pasta for dinner, chocolate brownie for dessert

I keep losing weight :)

breakfast = coffee
Lunch = tuna sub with cheddar and sour cream chips, and an oatmeal cookie.
and a coke. YUM.
