Still going out everyday to work, I'm "essential". Lots of people here not taking it seriously, live near a beach the sand and surf is currently closed and opens on Monday. The bars and restaurants are already open for outdoor dining/drinking and people are lining up without any distance, going to get busier every weekend as summer progresses. Won't go near our local Home Depot/Lowes , it's busy like I've never seen it.

At Home Depot, which doesn't seem to have a mask policy, maybe 1/3 of the customers and staff were wearing masks. All news articles I have seen say that infection rates here are still on the rise. I can see why.

I'll eventually have to start traveling for work again. Got a box of 40 KN95 masks in the other day and expect to get used to wearing them a lot.

Ditto on the Home Depot here as well (Virginia), although their website (main corporate) states (I believe) that they are "taking measures" to protect employees and customers alike. When I went in the other day (wouldn't have, but we needed a propane refill) half the staff weren't wearing masks at all and the protective plexi at the register had been moved off to the side. I noticed in the transaction ahead of me the cashier leaning over to the customer, within 18-24 inches without a mask, and reviewed something on the receipt with the customer. Couldn't wait to get out of there!

Dine-in is still a dream here for the most part, however outside major metro areas things tend to be more open, excepting major chains that are taking a more considered approach. From a work perspective, I'm still working from home mostly, but due to project demands I am in-office for a few hours a day at least two or three days a week. My wife is going crazy (it's a short trip!), her employer has extended work-at-home for her group to the end of the year. She truly does not know if she can stand the isolation if she's not in-office at least some days. It will be particularly hard after I'm back in the office, which should phase in during June.

Things are pretty open here in Utah. Group gatherings are limited to 50 people. Restaurants have been given permission to dine in again. That came on May 1. Not all have jumped on board yet though. Some are still doing take out only while others havenít even opened up for takeout still.

Iíve been going to work the entire time. Iím not an at risk person, nor do I associate with anyone that is at risk, so life is fairly normal still.

Restrictions here have eased slightly with more relaxation coming at the beginning of June, but for me nothing has changed yet. Still stuck at home for fear of exposing my elderly mother to Covid-19, so I haven't even bothered to get a new battery for my car. Before lockdown I very rarely shopped online (only if something wasn't available in the shops) but now it's the only way I'm able to shop.

Although I've answered this poll the same way as I did the last one (retired but stuck at home) that is not as strictly true as it was before. Restrictions have eased somewhat, but for safety's sake I'm still pretty much 'staying out of it'.

What's better? Nothing has changed in the poll...

I think I saw the poll before the last option was added

If so, you were so on top of it that you saw it as it was being created, which is rather worrisome from an admin point of view :-) I noted after I finished adding the 5 options that there was no "post" button, so I went to the front page and it was already there. Boy, you are quick on the uptake LOL :-)

I'm not working from home.
I'm at home, during a pandemic, trying to work.

I've been working remotely since 2011 so technically I'm doing that with restrictions on movement but not "stuck at home".

This time none of these options apply to me. Could you add - No restrictions on movement? We are still avoiding close contact with people but it is by choice.
