It's the most recent entry in my 2005 PaD. I don't know how to link the shot here, and I'm not a paying member at PBase yet. I set it up it without thinking there were any challenges I could shoot for while I remain laid up and sick at home. When I realized what I had, it was too late to upload it for DPC.

Comments and critiques greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ara

Think I would have given it at least a 6, maybe a 7. But then again, I usaully vote images higher then final score.

The yellow tape (?) is a bit annoying

I think it would have done really well. I've only gone through maybe 40 photos from the challenge, but I haven't liked any of the images all that much. I would've give you an 8.

I really like the unique approach of yours and would have scored it fairly high, around 7. I agree with Zoomdak about the yellow tape, however.

This would have been my entry if it had been an advanced challenge. Had to do some spot editing to get rid of some garbage and things blown in on the shoreline. Oh well. I'll get over not having an update button, I think...hopefully! ;o)

Thanks to all!

@Zoomdak: Yes, the tape is annoying. At first I was worried about removing it, but when I tried to re-shoot with a clean bedroom and no tape, I ran out of time to submit the shot.

@movieman: I was afraid that a lot of people would do something with a gazing ball or reflections, but the shots I looked at in the challenge didn't seem to go that way.

@laurielblack: I like your shot too, you really had to look into it to find the person. Too bad you couldn't enter. :( I know what you mean about jonesing for that update button. :^)

@asij: Thanks!

@soup: Thanks! That's a cool shot too.

I like your concept, although I wish the refelcted image was a little more faciniating. Like the room looks a little all over the place, and I probably would have liked it more organised.

But i like your concept.

Thanks. I decided to clean and re-shoot too late. Also, being sick is seriously impacting my ability to clean the house, so it took a lot longer than I thought to clean and setup the shot again.

That is a great shot and I would have voted it 8 the first time I seen it.
After I vote and go over them again it may have even got a 9 at the end from me.

Very cool,
